ÉXITO

There are about 28 Éxito stores in Medellin and its surroundings. The Éxito Group is a leader in retail since it has more than 550 stores, which makes it the only multi-format in the country that has hypermarkets, supermarkets and specialized stores such as: Éxito Supermarkets, Carulla, Surtimax, among others. Here you can buy from technological devices to the most basic food products.

JUMBO

Jumbo Cencosud is one of the most frequented supermarkets in Colombia, it offers many discounts and promotions every day of the week in its different categories such as home appliances, TV's, cell phones, among others. There are about 5 Jumbo stores in Medellin.

PRICES

Éxito, Carulla, and Jumbo handle similar prices. It is common for a local person to be aware of discounts as different stores move the market with strategies to attract their consumers. Carulla, where the price of some products is higher, is the supermarket that has more fixed discounts.
