So, here are the most instagram worthy places you need to visit in Medellin.

1. The top of “El peñol” rock.

One of the most frequent places to go on a free day is definitely the pretty pueblito of Guatape and take 740 steps up to the spectacular view the Peñol rock can offer — that will make you think that little cardio exercise was worth it. I mean, just look at this, pictures are way better than words.

2. The colorful pueblito of Guatape.

Its bright and vibrant colors are the charming point of this pretty little town, many scarved figures, called zocalos, decorate the streets and plazas of Guatape while telling a heritage story of families who used to live there.
